I chose the name Sycamore for my practice because the Sycamore tree is a symbol of clarity, protection, and strength. Therapy should be an experience that brings you all three of these.

Accepting ourselves and our feelings just as they are. Being fully present for ourselves without judgment.

Finding new ways to cope with life’s challenges and create opportunities for growth, change, and the life we want.

It’s Within You

By working together, I want to help you become your own Sycamore tree. My ultimate goal is to provide you not only with a space to share your feelings, but to assist you in building skills and knowledge that will help you to embrace the strongest parts of yourself; clarity, strength, and protection.
